Unless the order does not meet dispensing requirements, as these medicines are controlled drugs and go through clinical checks before dispensing.
In some cases, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order.
Shipping options:
NZ Couriers / NZ Post
• Urban: $8.50
• Rural: $12.50
• Usually overnight delivery (business days).
There is a signature requirement which is pretty strict for these deliveries.
Someone 18+ must be home to sign when the courier arrives.
It doesn’t have to be you, any adult at the address can sign.
Couriers are not allowed to leave the parcel unattended (no letterbox, safe place, etc.).
If no one is home, the courier will call you and wait up to 10 minutes.
If it still can’t be delivered, it’s returned to the pharmacy the next day for re‑delivery.
